Jason stumbled upon the idea of evangelism training for quiet people when he was supposed to lead a workshop at a men's retreat. When a crowd of men gathered for the workshop during their free time, he knew he was onto something. Currently he leads Reach the City ministry, and was formerly a pastor of evangelism, led large-scale gospel events, and helped churches overcome cycles of chronic conflict.
