Chris Gough

Chris Gough

Chris Gough is a homegrown Seattle native. After a decade working as a Missions pastor at Bethany Community Church, Chris took a role working with local churches through Seattle's Union Gospel Mission. In this role he launched Light Up the City, a mostly pastor lead regional network of city networks. Affinity networks engaging homelessness, foster care, church/school partnerships, and marketplace leaders became critical efforts, as well as a food distribution networked launched during Covid shutdowns. Chris's networking role grew beyond SUGM, and he joined Jeff Vanderstelt and others to continue his work through Saturate the Sound, where he is still helping facilitate Kingdom work in the greater Seattle area, with a realization that after 10 years of building Seattle networks, the actual sharing of the gospel and the making of disciples had not really increased. Chris now serves with Palau as the City Gospel Movements Team Lead, where his passion to help city networks develop their ability to share the gospel and make disciples is multiplied. Chris has been married to Rebekah for 20 years, and they have four awesome children.
